Q: Can you issue the invoice for the goods?
A: Yes. We will issue the PI after you place an order.
Q: How long can you make a delivery after I place an order？
A: Stock: If stock available, we will deliver goods as soon as possible, you can place an order immediately;
- Reservations: Goods are stock up, general order 2-20 days shipment can be; you can place an order immediately;
- No goods: the goods have sold out; you can e-mail to us what the goods you are interested in. We will recommend you other similar goods.
Q: When can no cargo goods arrival?
A: No cargo goods arrival time according to the distribution situation and we can't be accurately estimates. But you can e-mail to us. Once the goods are in stock, we will through the email to inform you.
Q: After placing an order, where can I see the amount on shipping?
A: There's no fixed shipping freight as different countries belong to different shipping zones, and shipping freight is changing more or less all the time. After submitting your order, you will receive a PI within 2 business days to double check, together with the shipping freight.
Q: How many kinds of payment?
A: Three. PayPal, Western union, Bank transfer
Q: Why do I fail to place order?
A: Sometimes is the network problem. If so, please send us the items you need in Excel or Word through email: email@example.com. We will send you PI within 2 business days.
Q: What is your work time?
A: Work time is from Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm.
Q: What kind of shipping service do you use, and how long does it work?
A: Normally we use Express Mail Shipping Service. It takes about 7-12 business days. Customers can track packages online at www.ems.com.cn. We also will offer other shipping way, like UPS, DHL, etc. We will choose the best way for our customers.
